Toby de Lacey and Finn Cooke established De Lacey & Cooke in 2024, combining their expertise in gardening, ecology, art & design, and floristry.
Toby
Toby began his career in floral design, spending five years producing living installations for high-profile London clients. He then expanded into sustainable gardening, permaculture farming, and landscape design—managing community initiatives across the UK and New Zealand for two years. He now applies his combined creative vision and practical experience toward building resilient, sustainable landscapes.
Finn
Finn follows in his mother's horticultural footsteps, having worked professionally in London's gardens for over ten years. Initially trained in ballet, he then went on to study biochemistry, philosophy, and information studies at University College London—exploring especially their relevance to ecology. He now applies his creative vision, practical experience, and research insights toward creating beautiful, sustainable spaces.
